Zika virus in Czech Republic

The Czech Republic is a landlocked country in Central Europe bordered by Germany to the west, Austria to the south, Slovakia to the southeast and Poland to the northeast.
The first two cases of Zika virus in Czech Republic were confirmed in the last week of February 2016. A man returning from Martinique and a woman who traveled to the Dominican Republic were diagnosed with the virus.
